POLICY

If you will be running late from your scheduled appointment, please call us as early as possible.

If you are 15 minutes late from your appointment time, we may need to make adjustments such as shortening the treatment contents.

If you are 20 minutes late from your appointment time, we may not be able to do any treatment, and ask you to reschedule your appointment instead.

For any booking which requires more than 3 hours or more for treatment, we are asking all customers on deposit to be paid at the time of the appointment made.

If you would like to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise a cancellation fee may be charged. This fee would be 50% of your total appointment price.

For any last minute cancellation or no show, we may ask for the deposit 50% on your next appointment, or may not take your bookings anymore.

If you are unable to find your preferred date/time on the online booking system please contact us by phone or email. Where possible we are happy to make adjustments to the schedule. In addition, you will be add to the waiting list and we will contact you if a space becomes available.
